Role Overview
- Partner with developers, testers, and program managers to turn complex ideas into high-performance services for IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers
- Blend technical expertise with an understanding of caregiver needs, business goals, and compliance standards to design systems that meet KPIs
- Fine-tune architectures, troubleshoot service issues, and craft innovative fixes
- Maximize financial resources and push for continuous improvement
- Ensure every solution ships on time, runs securely, and stays resilient
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR
- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 3 or more years of related experience
- Experienced in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- Experienced with Scripting with one of PowerShell, Perl, Ansible, VB Script, Python, SQL.
- Experienced with n-tier solutions.
- Experienced with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
