Requirements

- 8 years of experience with electric utility or related programs
- 5 years of experience as a program or project manager
- Master’s degree in a technical or legal field (desired)
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, analytics, or performance reporting (desired)
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
- Advanced proficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
