Define clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across Disney, including marketing, operations, localization, design, engineering, and other product teams
Communicate project updates, progress, and timelines effectively to all relevant parties
Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver
Translate Marketing use cases and messages into technical data requirements
Requirements
5+ years of product management or relevant experience required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
Deep understanding of messaging platforms, customer data platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar software
Proficiency in SQL and HTML
