Compliance Manager

Role Overview

• Independently manage LGOV processes
• Provide strategic guidance and effective challenge to partners
• Implement transformative change
• Cultivate strong communication and partnerships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to manage and influence outcomes
• Develop and implement change management plans for operational changes impacting associates
• Coordinate the accurate and timely completion of deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives
• Participate on cross-functional project teams and provide input for process improvement initiatives
• Manage several key reporting activities
• Navigate quantitative and qualitative data, transforming ambiguous information into clear recommendations
• Support additional governance activities and other responsibilities as required from the broader team

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, audit, project management, program management, product management, or relationship management
• At least 3 years of experience in developing presentation or reporting materials
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or audit (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in developing presentation or reporting materials (preferred)
