Role Overview
- Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts
- Manage the renewal and marketing process
- Prepare materials for presentations and communications
- Communicate directly with clients and carriers
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up system
- Answer billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel
- Collaborate with Advisors/Account Executives on communications
Requirements
- More than 3 years of industry and Commercial Lines Insurance servicing is preferred
- Recent experience at a retail insurance brokerage or independent insurance agency required
- BA/BS preferred
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
- Experience with EPIC or related agency management system
