Develop and execute the business plan for the Behavioral Health Staffing Division, including go-to-market strategies and sales goals.
Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and positioning the division as a leader in behavioral health staffing.
Establish short
and long-term goals that align with the company’s overall strategic vision.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across our client base and lead sales efforts to secure new staffing contracts with healthcare providers .
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the division.
Build a scalable recruiting engine and team with clear pipeline, submittal, and start targets.
Implement AI-centric recruiting workflows for sourcing, outreach, screening, matching, and pipeline management to drive max efficiency per recruiter .
Collaborate with other departments, including HR, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of services.
Monitor market trends and client needs to adapt strategies and service offerings.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in behavioral health staffing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and growing a division or business unit.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health eco system
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to secure and maintain large contracts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment.
