Provide networking, LAN/WAN support and data center management
Implement and support Cisco LAN/WAN/ wireless networks, VOIP systems, AV Conferencing equipment
Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, wiring, or other network and system problems
Create and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure
Work with product vendors to resolve hardware issues

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
minimum of 0 years of related network engineering experience, or an Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of related network engineering experience, or a minimum of 4 years of related network engineering experience in lieu of a degree
A current CCNP, CCIE Certification, or equivalent is strongly preferred and can be accepted in lieu of degree requirement
