Role Overview
- Assist in developing and maintaining formal documentation on SOX technology controls
- Support and liaison with the IT SOX Control Program Office to ensure compliance
- Ensure alignment between Business Process Controls (BPCs) and IT General Controls (ITGCs) Program Offices
- Assist and advise IT organization with IT General Controls SOX scoping
- Assist IT organization with SOX Control Design and Implementation
- Drive remediation of IT SOX findings
- Serve as a liaison with IT leadership, IT SOX, Controllership, internal and external auditors
Requirements
- Experience in an IT SOX Program Office or equivalent SOX/controls governance role
- Public accounting and/or industry experience designing, implementing, and testing SOX-relevant IT General Controls (ITGCs)
- Experience in ITGC domains (e.g., access, change management, IT operations)
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for 20% of the time
- Currently have any of the following certifications: CISSP, CIA, CPA, CISA
- Currently hold an Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Currently hold a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
