Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, data, and UXR to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Fullstack Development: Design and build scalable frontend and backend features with a consistent focus on high-quality code.
End-To-End Ownership: Manage projects from conception to completion while maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
Cloud-Native Engineering: Develop within a modern stack including Go, React, Kubernetes, AWS, gRPC, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
Active Team Participation: Engage in team ceremonies, and participate in a weeklong alternating on-call rotation.

Fullstack Expertise: 5+ years of experience delivering production-ready code across the entire stack.
Backend Proficiency: Strong command of backend development, and prior working knowledge of Go a bonus!
Frontend Architecture: Deep knowledge of React and building UIs that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs.
Software Engineering Fundamentals: Solid foundation in core principles with a proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Distributed Systems: Experience building and scaling distributed environments using event-driven, and cloud-based architectures with Kubernetes, gRPC/Protobuf, Argo, Kafka.
Technical Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
