Provide enthusiastic leadership for the team aligned with Global Technical Solutions' mission, strategy, and annual plan
Manage staffing for all mechanical integrity activity across EACS and ECS product lines and across all life cycle phases: Proposal, development, qualification, and field support
Utilize project management methodologies including workload estimates, resource scheduling, and risk identification and management
Resolve priority conflicts
Provide customer status & alignment
Performance feedback and development
Develop individual training plans and department training strategy in support of long-term strategic team and discipline health
Drive functional process development and improvement (e.g., Standard Work)
Requirements
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Prior people management experience
Experience communicating across several functions and levels
