Generate net-new creative ideas and build a UGC-based creative testing roadmap for our SDF businesses (sexual health, dermatology, fertility) based on performance insights, best practices, social trends.
Source and manage high-performing creators/partners end-to-end to produce paid social assets (storyboarding → briefing → negotiating → feedback → delivery). Build a repeatable pipeline/system.
Understand performance marketing and measurement (think: user acquisition, CAC, creative velocity for ads on Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, and more) to identify patterns and use data to create a tight feedback loop (performance → insight → new briefs)
Coordinate internal flows from idea to launch. Work with brand designers, product marketing, legal, and growth to ship a high velocity of on brand, high performing creative.
Independently manage day-to-day execution and drive process optimization, making data-driven decisions in partnership with a channel lead on higher-impact strategic shifts.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, UGC, influencer marketing, or related roles, ideally at a high growth consumer business (in house experience preferred).
Command of performance/growth marketing fundamentals and analysis (paid social creative, growth marketing metrics, test and learn) and experience with accountability for outcomes
Deep understanding of social platforms, creator content, and great creative judgment for performance UGC (scripts/hooks/CTAs; gives direct, actionable feedback).
Strong writing skills, especially when it comes to creative briefs and external communication with creators and partners.
Strong relationship management and negotiation; comfortable partnering and influencing cross-functionally.
Curiosity, coachability, and a track record of applying feedback to improve performance
Ability to independently own a body of work end-to-end, setting priorities, making day-to-day decisions, and driving execution with minimal oversight while aligning on higher-level strategy.
