Drive full-stack feature development from conception to deployment, taking ownership of key product initiatives
Collaborate on the design and implementation of user-facing features that improve the overall user experience

Requirements

Strong full-stack foundation — from building frontend components to developing APIs and integrating third-party services
Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into real-world applications
Proficiency with modern development practices and meaningful real-world experience
Experience working on user-facing products, with the ability to distinguish signal from noise through direct customer engagement
Willingness to work hard, move quickly and effectively, and adapt rapidly in a changing environment
Exceptional ability to learn, execute, and teach others
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to leverage off-the-shelf tools when appropriate, along with a passion for building internal tools that accelerate your own and your teammates’ workflows
Proven experience building multi-agent systems capable of performing complex tasks
Previous experience as a core builder (not a manager) at a high-growth startup
Contributions to open-source projects
Strong understanding of agent orchestration and the ability to design simple, elegant systems
