Develop biocide product strategy within regulatory team in coordination with legal, business, and R&D partners.
Provide regulatory input, requirements, and feedback to business during product development.
Implement submission strategy by preparing and submitting EPA master label and CSF notifications, amendments, and PRIA registration actions. Negotiate and resolve issues arising from EPA submissions.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of the registration changes within the network.
Maintain registered biocide portfolio documentation and records.
Oversee CDPR submissions utilizing consultants.
Prepare and submit mandatory reporting, including EPA maintenance fees and pesticide production reporting.
Ensure sufficient DCI response to maintain active product registrations.
Engage in international biocide registration activities, as needed.
Oversee state registration submissions and renewals.
Provide regulatory guidance and support to customers, sales, and technical service teams.
Participate in industry trade association groups. Communicate relevant information from trade activities to the team.
Participate in various company business teams, where applicable, to further develop biocide regulatory strategy and needs.
Requirements
Must have 2 – 5 years of experience in U.S. EPA FIFRA regulations and standards, experience in preparing government submissions
Ability to interact effectively with business leaders, government agencies and trade associations
Knowledge of antimicrobial pesticides beneficial but not required
