Plan, implement, and oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
Guide facility-related capital projects from design through installation and commissioning.
Resolve equipment and infrastructure problems to minimize downtime.
Monitor capital budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational expenses.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and our teams for repairs, upgrades, and project execution.
Work with facilities planner on developing and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance reliability and extend asset life.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or building systems management in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Project management skills for capital projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and maintenance management systems.
