Manage and allocate resources and materials to support customer projects.
Report to the Director of BOP Mechanical and Chemical Engineering.
Guide the department onboarding and development program.
Manage people development activities to ensure transfer and use of critical skills.
Develop appropriate training and qualification programs to support ongoing staff development.
Provide technical support for product development, project implementation, marketing, and sales.
Provide adequately trained and qualified resources to implement standard projects.
Assure safety, health and regulatory compliance at Westinghouse sites.
Implement personnel performance improvement and skills development process to assure Westinghouse competitiveness.
Develop resource deployment plans.
Develop both internal and external customer relationships.
Ensure the performance of work activities in accordance with established Westinghouse procedures.
Ensure that projects are aligned with department and company goals.
Engage customers to promote group products and services.
Oversee the development of process documentation useful to our company.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
Minimum 8 years of strong and progressively more responsible leadership experience required
1+ years of experience with negotiations
1+ years of experience with advanced technology products and systems
Gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make decisions.

Knowledge of and experience with Legacy Westinghouse and AP1000
Experience managing engineering teams
