Role Overview
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, coordinators, and plant management.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Complete logs and documentation as required.
- Work overtime as needed (50+ hours per week).
- Enter Preventative Maintenance data and update plant dashboards daily.
- Identify and clearly communicate any deficiencies or errors in paperwork.
- Accurately enter daily production information into SAP.
- Track work orders and follow up as needed.
- Assist with MRO and maintenance purchasing to support operational needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with coordinators, peers, supervisors, vendors, Purchasing, Production Control, and team leads.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- SAP experience preferred.
