Perform advanced technical and analytical work to support the department through research, statistical analysis, and data processing.
Design and conduct studies, select appropriate research methodologies, collect, clean, and analyze data, and interpret results to inform decision-making and program development.
Develop data collection systems, ensure data quality, adapt statistical models.
Monitor or enhance data systems, conduct evaluations of data needs.
Prepare detailed administrative reports, create dashboards using PowerBI, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical assistance, collaborate with data processing staff on system and format design, and support program evaluation and implementation activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, information technology, or other analytics discipline.
One (1) year or more of years of experience in research, statistics, or program evaluation where the activities include gathering, analyzing, and interpreting statistical data.
Fluency in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint)
Statistical software (SPSS, Python)
Database design
Understanding of IT environments (SAP Business Objects, Access)
Additional understanding of AI tools preferred.
Expected to work professionally and cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders.
