Field Service Technician

Role Overview

• Work directly with the growers to manage service needs on the job site such as calibrating fertilizer and spray rigs
• Operate Custom Sprayer & Tractor in the field
• Tow, deliver and operate equipment
• Equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
• Load and deliver product to designated fields
• Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintains facility yard
• Manage many different customer's service needs
• Communicate as a team player
• Comply with all policies, regulations & record keeping
• Work overtime during busy season, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of education and work experience
• Valid Class A License with Hazmat Endorsement or ability to obtain
• Mechanical skills and experience
• Previous agricultural experience preferred
