Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management
Requirements
7+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment
Experience in Marketing recruiting for high-growth SaaS or tech organizations
Experience and comfort partnering with and consulting at all levels of marketing leadership
Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of marketing openings
Proven success in developing inclusive pipelines and diverse talent pools
Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on modern hiring best practices
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and experience or exposure to people or project management
