About this role

work closely with product managers and government leadership to understand mission goals and user requirements
design and deliver large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are visually refined
contribute across the full spectrum of the digital lifecycle, including user research, interface design, accessibility compliance, rapid prototyping, and front-end development
combine UX thinking with strong engineering practices to ensure every solution is user-centered, compliant, and aligned with national security objectives

Experience developing high-quality front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS or SCSS, and a JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Angular, or Next
Knowledge of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices in secure government environments
Knowledge of AWS services
Ability to work independently on multiple projects across locations and charge codes while managing expectations and delivering polished, high-quality results
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment in lieu of a degree
