Have experience with large-scale data platforms
Experience managing strict low-latency requirements and SLAs
Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes on-prem or with cloud-hosted solutions
Deep technical expertise that allows you to contribute, as well as review the work of others
Successfully built a team, defined its mission, and executed on its goals
Good at giving and receiving feedback and providing coaching to the team
Understand multiple Agile processes and apply them appropriately to help the team
Have experience with bleeding-edge data platform capabilities
