Lead a cross-functional marketing project from kickoff through completion, partnering closely with creative leads and key stakeholders.
Audit, organize, and manage updates to a wide range of marketing assets, including the website, sales materials, and social media templates.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
Manage timelines, resources, and workflows.
Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep work on schedule.
Maintain clear, consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Work closely with Accela’s website team to ensure consistency across digital and marketing channels.
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.

5+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing, creative services, or related environments.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of marketing and brand workflows.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight
