Support large industrial and global clients in multiple sectors
Contribute to projects that ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
Help organizations operate sustainably through innovative solutions
Assist with a variety of EHS regulatory compliance and risk management projects
Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs
Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations
Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs
Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed
Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies
Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements
Support multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality deliverables
Collaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline
0–2 years of EHS experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Ability to balance multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Travel locally up to 60% of the time
Valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle
Preferred Certifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA30 or similar
Familiarity with EHS compliance programs and/or management systems
Strong interest in developing technical and consulting skills
