Maintenance and technical support of applications or solutions.
Writing and managing system maintenance documentation.
Ensuring code is managed appropriately.
Providing mentorship and coaching to other developers.
Performing testing on enhancements and new products.

University or college diploma (three-year program) in Information Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least five years of experience with increasing responsibilities in application development or integration.
Good understanding of Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Drupal and Java EE architectures.
Strong background, experience and demonstrated knowledge in Web technologies development.
Experience in PHP or Perl development.
Knowledge of ITIL is an asset.
