Enter and maintain OEM and lender incentive data into CAR&I databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure proper application of program rules to maintain accurate CAR&I product outputs
Collaborate with the DPA Team to support automation initiatives for assigned OEMs
Develop a strong understanding of automotive market trends, OEM programs, and incentive structures
Support medium to large clients using CAR&I data by understanding their use-cases, workflows, and integration needs
Provide technical and product support for CAR&I tools, including use of APIs and internal software
Manage, document, and track client cases within Salesforce (SFX)
Conduct regular client touchpoints such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Maintain internal reports, documentation, and activity logs related to client usage and performance
Participate in cross-functional projects as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field
The right candidate could also have a combination such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field
3+ years of experience in roles involving data entry, data analysis, incentives, automotive support, or similar technical/analytical work
Preferred Experience with CAR&I systems (or similar automotive incentive data platforms)
Prior client-facing or account-management experience
Familiarity with data automation, structured rules logic, or data validation processes
Technical Skills: Experience working with APIs, databases, or technical software tools
Proficient in Salesforce (SFX) or similar CRM/case management platforms
