Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand and document business processes and needs.
Translate documented requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, etc.).
Own the end-to-end solution design and configuration process, leveraging Salesforce declarative tools and best practices.
Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the SFDC application suite, prioritizing declarative solutions.
Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and related sales and marketing technology tools.
Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements.
Create and maintain documentation on business processes, requirements, and application configuration.
Identify system inefficiencies/gaps, troubleshoot operational issues, and explore opportunities for updates and enhancements.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.
5+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration or consulting.
5+ years’ experience with Sales and Support operations.
3+ years of experience working with the SFDC product suite.
Experience with advanced Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.).
Intermediate understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, JavaScript) for communicating requirements to developers.
