About this role
Role Overview
Identify training needs by assessing employee performance, program requirements, and quality metrics
Design, implement, and continuously improve robust training programs tailored to program needs using approved materials
Deliver new hire, ongoing, and refresher training within agreed timelines
Evaluate and revise training plans and content to ensure alignment with current direction and standards
Monitor training effectiveness by tracking outcomes and providing regular performance readouts to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and revise program-specific SOPs, work instructions, policies, manuals, and business rules
Partner with Learning & Development to support onboarding and orientation initiatives
Provide constructive coaching feedback to improve performance and overall customer experience
Ensure all training, compliance, and operational documentation is stored and maintained according to program standards to ensure audit readiness
Stay current with training trends, adult learning methodologies, and best practices
Support career development of field team members through structured development planning
Represent the program and Inizio Engage in broader business initiatives as requested
Travel as required for national meetings and program needs
Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred)
Active RN or RT license required
2–3 years of field leadership or supervisory experience
Previous training experience preferred
Respiratory or related disease state experience preferred
Strong instructional design and training material development skills
Demonstrated presentation and facilitation expertise
Ability to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable training plans
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment
