Role Overview
- Support and improve enterprise storage services in a production environment
- Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill requests, execute maintenance, and keep services healthy
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage-related incidents impacting performance
- Administer and support storage platforms (e.g., NetApp, Pure, Infinidat, Nimble, VMware vSAN)
- Fulfill requests for new or expanded storage

- 5 years of relevant, professional experience
- Proficient with: NetApp, Pure, Infinidat, Nimble, VMware vSAN
- U.S. citizenship status required due to government contract
