- Conduct trend and competitive monitoring to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the Beneva experience
- Contribute to the execution of qualitative research activities
- Support Experience Design Advisors in preparing and facilitating collaborative design workshops
- Map current and target experiences for various customer journeys
Requirements
- Be a student in an undergraduate or graduate program in design, marketing, business administration, or equivalent
- Understand the principles of behavioral research, trend and market monitoring, and data analysis
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and Mural
