Requirements
12–15 years of product management experience, including ownership of large-scale, high-impact digital platforms.
Demonstrated experience shaping multi-year product strategy with measurable commercial impact.
Proven ability to lead senior product leaders and influence across multiple domains or verticals.
Strong enterprise thinking — capable of balancing innovation, risk management, scalability, and operational performance.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
Deep experience in high-frequency, high-scale transactional environments.
Track record of elevating product standards, mentoring senior leaders, and strengthening organizational capability.
Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, ecommerce, or similarly complex digital ecosystems strongly preferred.
