Role Overview
- leverage their advanced knowledge of engineering processes, discipline and tools to estimate, plan and execute tasks and projects related to the development and certification of Honeywell engines
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Five plus years of design experience, specifically with CAD, preferably NX or Catia
- Experience with Gas Turbine engines and Gas Turbine Engine Test Experience
- Experience with Assembly and Tooling Drawings Standards
- Experience with Laboratory and Industrial Equipment
- Experience with Facilities Design (AutoCAD Mechanical/Electrical)
- Familiarity with Export Compliance and Classification
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- An open, honest and team oriented personality
- Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
- Creativity
- Some experience developing products or sustaining existing products
- Experience in a highly regulated and safety critical domain
