Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team by proposing configuration and setup options and by writing detailed assembly instructions.
Perform technical operations for test benches and technology deliveries (initial installation, configuration validation, identification of optional add-on modules, rollback procedures, etc.).
Work in collaboration with the IT Service Center to resolve incidents and problems related to technology deliveries.
Take responsibility for detailed planning and implementation of the various operation stages (installation, configuration, commissioning/operation, updates, upgrades, decommissioning, rollback, etc.).
Document all interventions in systems, tools, guides, and support repositories.
Produce deliverables such as configuration and installation specifications for hardware and software components, customization or automation scripts for fully or semi-automated software distribution, and technical status reports and summaries describing the operations performed and the components affected.

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in information technology.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology infrastructure.
Completion, within the last 5 years, of at least 660 person-days across a maximum of 3 relevant engagements related to the activities and deliverables described.
Completion, within the last 5 years, of at least 3 engagements of 100 person-days each in environments of comparable scale in multi-platform infrastructure management.
