Cold Calling: Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking up-market.
Customer Needs: Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
Sales Approaches: Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals.
Retail Partnership: Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads.
Sales Automation: Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Knowledge Update: Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
4-7 years outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment (Preferred)
2 years experience solutions/applications selling (Preferred)
2 years telecommunications / technical sales (Preferred)
