Select suppliers through qualification processes
Own supplier results, driving improvements utilizing supplier scorecards
Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance and driving improvement plans where needed
Provide informal guidance to new team members
Use technical expertise and judgment to solve problems
Leverage technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems

For roles outside of the USA, requires advanced experience in Sourcing & Supplier Quality Engineering
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
For roles in USA, Bachelor's degree or high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
