Role Overview
- Lead enterprise analytics and AI initiatives across business domains.
- Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans.

- Oversee analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AI tools).
- Ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, and meet business needs.
- Maintain consistency in delivery standards and best practices.
- Guide technical solutions without hands-on design.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security standards.
- Support data governance, quality, and access controls.
- Promote responsible use of analytics and AI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Strongly Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Technology, Analytics, Business, or Engineering)
- 10+ years experience in Data, Analytics, or Digital roles
- 5+ years experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managers
- Experience managing enterprise analytics or data programs in complex organizations
- Working knowledge of modern analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Strong track record of delivering business outcomes through analytics
- Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Experience leading analytics teams supporting commercial, operations, or supply chain functions
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics or advanced reporting initiatives
- Master’s degree or leadership-focused certifications
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
