About this role
Role Overview
Assisting management with administrative tasks including ordering, data entry, filing, etc.
Greeting customers, clients, and employees; answering inquiries or directing calls
Maintain office memos and informative postings
Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
Requirements
Prior administrative experience preferred
Solid understanding of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
