Procurement Manager

Role Overview

• Develop procurement strategies, oversee the procurement workflow efforts while supporting operations
• Provide category management and reporting expertise, improve procurement policies and procedures
• Manage source-to-pay (S2P) procurement activities and foster effective communication and collaboration across departments
• Generate and analyze procurement reports and dashboards within Coupa to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and measure procurement effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and oversee the creation, review, and approval of purchase orders within Coupa
• Manage and lead procurement professionals to maximize their potential and achieve sourcing and procurement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• 5 years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect categories, best practices, source-to-pay strategies, and supplier management principles
• Hands-on experience using Coupa procurement software (P2P, CLM, and punchouts)
