Proactively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics planning, and timely expense reconciliation.
Schedule and manage leadership meetings, talent reviews, operating reviews, Board-prep sessions, and confidential HR discussions.
Own virtual meeting logistics, ensuring seamless execution across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and hybrid environments.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and high-quality PowerPoint presentations, track follow-ups and key action items.
Serve as a key liaison between HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Anticipate executive needs and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational rigor.
Support HR-wide initiatives, town halls, leadership offsites, and strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
Significant experience supporting senior leaders at the SVP, VP, or equivalent executive level within a complex organization.
Ability to operate independently in a virtual environment with limited oversight.
Strong organizational acumen and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
Exceptional communication skills and professional executive presence.
High technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
8–12+ years of progressive Executive Assistant experience, including 3–5+ years supporting senior HR or corporate function leadership.
Experience in a global, matrixed organization, ideally within mobility, technology, data, or corporate professional services environments.
Experience supporting HR leaders or corporate functions in a transformation or high-growth environment.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
Proactive, resourceful problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and rapid change.
