One Identity is looking for an autonomous Sales Executive to drive the growth of their Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across multiple verticals. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for medium to long-term projects and expanding an existing client portfolio through cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across various industries
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to build compelling solutions
- Achieve sales targets with a high level of autonomy and commitment
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in B2B tech sales (IAM, cybersecurity, IT solutions)
- Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to adapt messaging across different industries
- Autonomous, client-focused, results-driven
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Ability to travel frequently
