Support a portfolio of initiatives spanning business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis and incident management, and technology resilience across multiple lines of business.
Aggregate, analyze, and report resilience KPIs; develop executive dashboards; identify trends and gaps; and provide data-driven recommendations.
Develop and manage project plans aligned to initiative scope and resources; track timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Lead corrective action tracking and ensure lessons learned are systematically incorporated into program enhancements.
Support prioritization and resource allocation across initiatives while coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
Partner with business units, operational teams, and sponsors; provide clear, timely status communications; and deliver executive presentations.
Identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks through proactive problem-solving and communication.
Establish and maintain governance structures (steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder forums).
Manage external vendors and resilience-related tools and platforms.
Requirements
7+ years managing medium to large, enterprise-scale programs in resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or crisis management.
Strong background in program management, process improvement, metrics frameworks, and performance management.
Expertise applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on initiative needs.
Proven ability to aggregate multi-source data, develop KPIs, build executive dashboards, and translate insights into action.
Deep knowledge of BC/DR, crisis management, and industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIMS).
Experience driving organizational change and adoption.
Ability to influence across organizations with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, BC management platforms, and familiarity with cloud-native environments.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to support resilience activities during crisis events, including nights and weekends when required.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CBCP, or MBCI.
Master’s degree in a related discipline (preferred).
Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake) (preferred).
Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certifications (preferred).
