work closely with the Development Leader to action cyber sales strategy
collaborate and coordinate with distribution
drive pipeline generation and support underwriters to achieve new business targets
manage and grow broker relationships across Western Canada
identify and attend key regional insurance and cyber-related events
build CFC’s cyber profile and brand presence in the region
deliver presentations and training sessions, in person and virtually
collaborate with Marketing and Distribution to develop sales and broker-facing materials
maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market dynamics
identify and contribute to new go-to-market strategies for cyber
work closely with underwriting teams to ensure alignment with underwriting strategy

solid grounding in broking or underwriting cyber as a fast‑moving and evolving class of business
enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities and having commercial conversations that add real value for broker partners
comfortable working autonomously in a remote role
organised, proactive and resilient, able to juggle priorities
communicate clearly and confidently, both in one‑to‑one broker conversations or delivering presentations and training sessions
