Identify trends and patterns in data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement
Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions
Design and conduct analyses to understand user engagement, content effectiveness, and program impact
Partner with product, marketing, and program teams to define meaningful metrics and measure success
Develop experimentation frameworks and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and experiences
Build predictive models and recommendation systems that personalize and strengthen user journeys
Create dashboards and visualizations that make insights accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build and maintain reliable data pipelines (data engineering experience preferred)
Design and optimize data infrastructure and warehousing solutions
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
Work across the full data stack
from raw data ingestion to reporting and storytelling
Requirements
3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools
Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimental design
Solid understanding of data engineering principles and data pipelines
Familiarity with modern data tools (e.g., cloud data warehouses, ETL tools, BI platforms)
Ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear, compelling way
Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally

Base Salary: $140,000 – $165,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications
