Role Overview
- Own category outcomes across the Americas for a major spend domain covering Promotional Premium Merchandise.
- Set the category vision, supplier panel strategy, governance model, and performance standards.
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders to deliver multi-year savings, profitability, and risk management results.
Requirements
- 12+ years in procurement/category leadership, preferably with marketing materials, packaging, print, displays, or premiums.
- Demonstrated leadership across complex stakeholder networks and supplier markets.
