Design and maintain robust architecture that adheres to stringent industry regulations, ensuring data integrity and security.
Partner with IT leadership to provide regular visibility into project feasibility, architectural risks, and long-term impact of technology investments.
Drive the development of modular application frameworks and integration patterns.
Evaluate emerging market trends and lead technical due diligence for "build vs. buy" decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise application architecture or a high-level technical leadership role.
Proven track record of overseeing complex SAP S/4 and non-SAP environments which are tightly integrated within a highly regulated industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, or Aerospace).
Expert Architecture Knowledge: Deep proficiency in system design, data integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
Technical Knowledge: Strong technical acumen of IT, analytical skills for problem solving and project management abilities to oversee implementations.
Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and develop technical talent without direct hierarchical authority.
Regulatory Fluency: Understanding of the constraints and requirements of working within a highly regulated business environment.
Communication & Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Financial Acumen: Ability to estimate the ROI and financial impact of architectural decisions and technical alternatives.
