Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).
Monitor system logs, security alerts, and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
Manage patching and vulnerability remediation across all servers and endpoints.
Ensure adherence to IT operations procedures, security standards, and change management protocols.
Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new and existing servers and infrastructure components.
Collaborate with external vendors for support, implementation, and maintenance activities.
Contribute to the company’s Information Security Management Program (ISMP), including:
Performing security monitoring and audit activities
Supporting policy development and compliance initiatives
Assisting with HITRUST CSF compliance efforts
Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to enhance system performance and security.

5+ years of experience administering Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
Experience reviewing logs and investigating incidents using SIEM or log management tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, operating systems, and applications.
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell required; Ansible or other automation tools a plus).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong documentation and process adherence skills.
