Contact vendors and transportation companies to ensure materials, supplies, and equipment are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
Determine when deliveries may be delayed; coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, and other users to expedite material requirements.
Maintain records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments, returns of damaged items, and related matters.
Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
Compile, review, and analyze data.
Use software for functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
May design processes to enhance workflow.
Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Requirements
Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026.
Be majoring in Global Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree.
Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
