Responsible for Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Develop requirements and multiple system engineering models
Coordinate & collaborate with System Engineering Teams
Support system, segment, element and unit level trade studies
Define high-level functional and performance requirements and verification methods
Track lower-level requirements through design, verification, integration, and operational validation
Create, mature and present comprehensive technical charts for milestone meetings
Identify required contractual deliverables and driving corresponding updates to closure
Coordinate with diverse engineering design teams to manage the technical baseline

Bachelor of Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline
2 years of experience; 0 years with master’s degree
US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance
1+ year of experience developing or reviewing requirements within DOORS or similar tool
1+ year of experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems
1+ year of experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities
1+ year of experience creating, updating, and maintaining system performance documentation
