Act as a technical ambassador to the engineering community, representing Aave with credibility and clarity
Engage with technical ecosystems through hackathons, open-source communities and developer forums to identify emerging talent and build long-term relationships with high-potential contributors
Support technical hiring processes by assessing foundational technical understanding and identifying high-signal profiles
Partner with Engineering leads to understand architecture, protocol design and roadmap priorities
Help refine role scopes and success profiles based on real technical context
Strengthen candidate experience by translating complex protocol concepts clearly and accurately
Contribute to employer brand initiatives across technical communities
Run structured interview processes and maintain a high bar for technical evaluation
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in DevRel, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting or a similar developer-facing role, with a clear desire to pivot into a people-centred role within Talent
You have a foundational understanding of smart contracts, DeFi protocols or backend systems architecture
Comfortable reading technical documentation, GitHub repositories and architectural discussions
Naturally people-oriented with strong communication skills
Able to build credibility quickly with engineers and technical stakeholders
Curious about decentralised technologies and motivated by long-term ecosystem building
