Start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality, yield, cost, and productivity.
Diagnose and resolve process‑related issues using methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and FDC.
Coordinate and perform process, equipment, and material evaluations to implement improvement changes.
Lead and participate in yield improvement, cost optimization, and new process baseline qualification activities.
Manage and collaborate with material suppliers to support quality, cost, and risk‑mitigation objectives.
Apply problem‑solving skills to address complex issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in process development or semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong process area knowledge and understanding of DRAM development and manufacturing.
Demonstrated automation experience including coding, machine learning, or JMP scripting.
Understanding of process flow, SPC principles, recipe management, physics, chemistry, and algebraic concepts.
