Several years of professional software engineering experience with 2+ years in a tech lead or team leadership role
Actively contributing to and owning production code
Hands-on experience leading teams while building and shipping AI-enabled product features, especially with modern LLM-based systems
Strong product intuition, you think in terms of users, workflows, and outcomes
Proven hands-on ownership of the full development lifecycle and production systems, with a track record of shipping customer-facing features under aggressive, business-driven timelines
Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving forward without perfect answers
Ability to connect technical choices to customer impact and business priorities
